# Logging In

> Learn how to log in to DirectAdmin.

    Upon successfully completing your order, if your entered details are valid you will receive a welcome email from us containing the login details. Your password will not be the same as your DangoID account, it will be random.

    If you were not emailed a welcome email, please check your spam folder and then contact us. We may need to resend the welcome email to you for some email providers (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail) who block our first emails.
