New subscriptions will be processed at Stripe instead, offering new payment methods at a different payment processing fee. Payments via PayPal are still offered at request, and existing subscriptions will remain on PayPal until their expiry. With Stripe, we've committed to giving 1.5% of our total profits, higher than the global average, to environmental groups working to help reduce carbon emissions and remove excessive carbon from our air. We experienced a server outage affecting Web Hosting and Mail Hosting services on November 16th, 2025, affecting all clients.
