Zelle can be used as a manual payment method for one-time payments or subscriptions. Payments via Zelle are done directly through your bank account’s mobile app, and should reach us in seconds. Zelle is available in the United States and is supported by most major banks. To use Zelle, you will need to have a bank account that is enrolled with Zelle and a mobile device with the Zelle app or your bank’s mobile app that supports Zelle.

Before sending a payment, please ensure that you are sending it to the correct email address or phone number associated with our Zelle account. Payments sent to the wrong recipient cannot be refunded. When in doubt, contact DWS support before sending a payment to confirm the correct Zelle information.

One-time Payments

Open your bank’s mobile app or the Zelle app, and select the option to send money via Zelle. Enter our email address or phone number, the amount you wish to pay, and any relevant notes or references. Confirm the payment details and submit the payment. You should receive a confirmation from your bank once the payment is sent. Then, contact DWS support to confirm that the payment has been received and applied to your account.

Recurring Payments

To set up recurring payments via Zelle, you will need to use your bank’s mobile app, as the Zelle app itself does not support recurring payments. Open your bank’s mobile app and navigate to the Zelle section. Look for an option to set up recurring payments or scheduled payments. Enter our email address or phone number, the amount you wish to pay, the frequency of the payments (e.g., weekly, monthly), and any relevant notes or references. Confirm the payment details and submit the recurring payment setup. You should receive a confirmation from your bank once the recurring payment is set up. Then, contact DWS support to confirm that the recurring payment has been successfully established and applied to your account. It may be preferable to set up the recurring payment cycle to start 24 hours after contacting DWS support to ensure that the first payment is received and applied to your account without any issues.
