Unban An IP
IP unbanning is simple to do. On average, it only takes a few minutes to complete the entire process.1
Obtain IP Address
Find your IP address using any online service. This could be done by finding your IPv4 address in your device settings, or by searching ‘my IP’ on the web. Your public IP should be in 123.123.123.123 format, where 123 can be any 3 digit number from 000 to 999. If you are find an IP address that does not look like this, it may be an IPv6 address. When contacting support, please inform us of your IPv4 address, not IPv6.

You may contact support any way listed here. Provide us your IPv4 address. If coming from Discord, your account ID will be used to match your account to make sure you are a
DirectAdmin user. Similar with email and Telegram, your emails will be matched to your account before the unban. Please use the same email that you used to register to unban your IP.
