Dango Web Solutions presently does not meet the requirements of the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). We recognize that non‑compliance is far from ideal, but the cost of implementing the necessary overseas data‑handling fees would outweigh the revenue generated by our free and low‑cost offerings. Our free and discounted services rely on the collection and storage of personal data - including files, email addresses, and names - on our servers. Because we cannot yet satisfy ICO obligations, we are unable to continue offering these services without risking a breach of UK data-protection law. If you have provided personal information to Dango Web Solutions and wish to have it removed, you may submit a deletion request. Please email admin@dangoweb.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” from the email address on our records. You can learn more about how to do so at the ICO website. All valid deletion requests will be processed promptly, typically within 2 business days. Once the data is removed, we will confirm completion by replying to your email. Until a viable solution is in place, we must suspend all active accounts in the UK that involve personal data handling. Thank you for your understanding.
